Meet Eastwood, one smiley, friendly fellow. This dapper dude is a transfer from an overcrowded shelter, so his history is a bit of a mystery, but with your help, his future will be bright. He was reportedly quite playful with other pups his own size at the previous shelter, and he has been energetic and waggy with everyone he's met.
